WESTBROOK COLONIAL

I had the opportunity to build my home with Ferro Homes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning of the project through completion, Frank showed a genuine level of care and attention that you don’t always find in the home-building industry. What stood out to me most was that he truly cared about the finished product and about making sure we were happy throughout the entire process. He was always willing to listen, answer questions, explain things, and make sure everything was done the right way—not just the easy way. Building a home can be stressful, but having someone you trust makes all the difference. I always felt that our home was being treated as if it were his own. His attention to detail, communication, honesty, and genuine concern for our satisfaction really set Ferro Homes apart. Looking back, I’m especially appreciative of the relationship we developed during the project. Even after the house was completed, I knew he genuinely cared about how we felt about our home. I would highly recommend Ferro Homes to anyone looking to build a home. There are plenty of builders who can build a house, but finding someone who genuinely cares about the people and the home they are building is much harder. That’s what I believe makes Ferro Homes special.

Frank and his team are honest people who truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. Great to work with!

My husband and I built our first home in 1997 with Frank Ferro Homes and we had an excellent experience! Frank walked us through every step of the way from beginning to the end. He helped with layout and design decisions and he kept us apprised of the timeline during the building process. Each of the contractors that we encountered were thoughtful, hard-working, and had great craftsmanship. The end result was a beautiful quality home that we enjoyed for many years before we relocated to Canada. Overall, we had a terrific experience and we would definitely build another home again with Frank Ferro and his team.
