Best. Builder. Ever! I built a semi-custom home with Frank Ferro in 2023. He was so easy to work with, and he built my home with quality and details as if he were building it for himself. I'm an engineer, and I feel that every part of the home was built with excellent craftsmanship. We started with one of Frank's home plans for a 1900 sq ft ranch. Frank had already modernized his plan to be completely open concept from the kitchen through the great room area. He worked with me to add a front porch, enlarge the garage, customize the kitchen cabinet layout (no upper cabinets and a large island), and to finish the basement. His "standard" selections for flooring, cabinets, granite counters, and fixtures are already upgraded from typical builder's standards. I was very happy with the selections and didn't feel the need to upgrade anything. After we developed the plans for my home, I found out that 3 of my additional family members were going to move in with us, and Frank helped me with some changes to accommodate them. The trades that Frank works with are all so nice, and they all seem to have a great relationship with him. I needed a few extras from his trades, and Frank helped me work those out. Frank also acted as my realtor to sell my house, and that worked out great. He gave me a break on the typical commission because I was building with him. I worked with Frank for a little over a year altogether between selling my house and building, and I'm kind of sad it's over. It was such a great experience. I don't know if Frank will miss my text messages with weird questions, or my napkin sketches and engineering drawings of cabinet layouts though, LOL. But I absolutely recommend Ferro Homes for anyone considering to build a new home. They build excellent homes! See more See less
